Return Policy

If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, we will rectify the issue free of charge.

Consumables

Due to the nature of consumable products, like our lozenges, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on consumables at this time. However, we are always looking for ways to improve in order to provide the best products and experiences possible. If you have any suggestions, please email us at support@theloz.co.

Apparel & Accessories

We accept returns of unused merchandise returned within 30 days of its delivery date. Returns will be fully inspected upon receipt to verify refund eligibility. For eligible returns, refunds totaling the full purchase price of the merchandise will be issued to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

Customer assumes responsibility for any shipping costs for postage on returned items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of merchandise that do not meet the above requirements.

Gift Cards & Final Sale Items

Gift cards and items explicitly marked final sale are ineligible for returns or refunds.

Retailer & Reseller Returns

This Return Policy only applies to sales processed directly from theloz.co, which is operated by Spring Innovations Inc., and not sales from any other third-party retailer or reseller. Customers who purchase Loz products from third-party retailers or resellers should contact them directly for information about returns or exchanges.

International

Loz does not currently ship products internationally and cannot accept or process returns originating from an address outside of the United States.
